Soya chunks

Onion, big

Tomato
chopped

Jalapeno
chopped

Ginger
1 inch chunk, chopped

Instructions
Add soya chunks to a container of hot water and keep until they are soft. Drain and squeeze out water from the soya chunks.
Add oil to a heated pan, then add the chopped garlic and ginger
Cook for about 5 minutes until oil is fragrant
Add the chopped onions, jalapeno and tomatoes, and all seasonings
Cook for about 5 minutes with a closed cover until the onions are cooked
Add the boiled soya chunks, mix well and cook for 10-15 minutes until soya absorbs all the seasoning flavors
