Stir fry seasoning

Instructions
Mix all ingredients under "Shrimp Seasoning" to the shrimp and boil for about 5 mins, until shrimp turn pink and water dries out
Heat oil in the same pan, and add chopped ginger and garlic.
Cook for about 5 minutes until oil is fragrant
Add the boiled shrimp. onions, green chillie and cook for 5 minutes until onions are cooked
Add soy sauce and ketchup to the mixture and cook for 5 more minutes
Add sugar, mix well and turn off heat
