Cut sausages and vegetables into bite sized pieces
Heat oil in a pan, add sausages, jalapenos, thai chillies, and garlic
Fry about 10 mins until sausages start to brown
Add chopped onions and cook for 5 minutes
Add the rest of vegetables (potato, tomato, cabbage)
Add coconut milk, water and all seasonings (except lemon juice)
Close cover and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes
Open cover and cook for about 10-15 minutes until potatoes are cooked
Add 1tbsp of lemon juice and mix well
Serve with white rice, bread, naan or tortillas!
