Finely chop onions and green chillies
Crack two eggs and add all seasonings to it
Beat egg mixture well using a fork for 30 seconds
Add chopped veggies and mix
Heat oil in a pan, and add egg mixture to it
Cover pan and let it cook for 1-2 mins (until mixture is not runny)
Lift one edge of the omelette and fold it over until the edges line up
Gently flip the omelette over and cook for 30 seconds
