Fried potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Potatoes
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp Red Chillie flakes
  • 1 tbsp Salt

Instructions

  • Boil and peel potatoes, then cut each potato into 4-6 parts
  • Chop onion and chillies into large pieces
  • Heat a pan and add coconut oil
  • Add chopped onions and chillie to oil and fry until it just starts to brown ( about 5 minutes)
  • Add the cut potatoes, then season with chillie flakes and salt and mix
  • Cook potato mixture for 5-8 minutes until potatoes are slightly browned
