Instructions
Boil and peel potatoes, then cut each potato into 4-6 parts
Chop onion and chillies into large pieces
Heat a pan and add coconut oil
Add chopped onions and chillie to oil and fry until it just starts to brown ( about 5 minutes)
Add the cut potatoes, then season with chillie flakes and salt and mix
Cook potato mixture for 5-8 minutes until potatoes are slightly browned
