
Pan fried spicy salmon
Ingredients
- 1 lb Salmon
- 1 White onion chopped
- 2 Green chillies chopped (thai, serrano, jalapenos)
- 4 bulbs Garlic finely chopped
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Garlic salt
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into roughly 8 pieces, and coat with turmeric, salt and chilli powder.
- Heat the olive oil, add the salmon pieces and brown each side evenly. Then remove from pan.
- Add the onions, garlic and green chillies to pan and season with garlic salt and chilli flakes
- Sautee until onions are browned on the edges
- Add the salmon pieces back to pan and sautee for 5 minutes
- Serve with white rice and a side dishes that are not spicy to balance the flavors
