
Fried potatoes
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Potatoes
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 2 Green chillies
- 1 tbsp Red Chillie flakes
- 1 tbsp Salt
Instructions
- Boil and peel potatoes, then cut each potato into 4-6 parts
- Chop onion and chillies into large pieces
- Heat a pan and add coconut oil
- Add chopped onions and chillie to oil and fry until it just starts to brown ( about 5 minutes)
- Add the cut potatoes, then season with chillie flakes and salt and mix
- Cook potato mixture for 5-8 minutes until potatoes are slightly browned
