Of all the yummy tea time snacks, egg sandwiches are the easiest to prepare. Once you boil the eggs, it takes just 5 minutes to prepare the egg salad mixture. This is one of my easy, fast and healthy breakfast options. This egg salad mixture is so delicious, that once you try it out, you will be eating it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Egg Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs hard boiled
- 1 Green chillie chopped finely
- 1/2 Red onion chopped finely
- 2 tbsp Butter unsalted
Seasoning
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Add two eggs to boiling water with some salt, and cook for 10 minutes
- Clean the egg shells and chop the boiled eggs into small pieces
- Chop the onions and chillies
- Add the seasonings and butter to the chopped onions, chillies, and eggs
- Mix everything well and serve with white bread
Notes
- If using salted butter, omit adding salt in the seasonings
