Hello! I am Abi, the creator of easypeasycurry.com. I moved from Sri Lanka to the US 10 years ago, and started to learn cooking because I really missed my mom’s food. I have since learnt each recipe carefully and provide instructions and step-by-step photographs so that anyone can make a yummy Sri Lankan meal. Being a fan of Chinese, Thai and Korean food, I also create fusion dishes with Sri Lankan cuisine. Here is my beautiful mom who inspires me everyday to be a better human being. This website is my attempt to preserve her knowledge and share her love of cooking with people all around the world.
